This hotel was perfectly situated for a city trip, the location was fantastic with easy access to public transport and close to all the key attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, with a great knowledge and recommendations when it came to local restaurants. the breakfast was a highlight with a delicious range of food on offer.
The cleanliness of the room really let it down. There were cobwebs, some dust on furniture and sadly even some mold in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. Best aspects were the hotel's location in between the wineries of the Eiffel in the valley, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the welcoming attitude of the staff. We also appreciated the transportation and on-site parking options available during our stay.

Spending Christmas in the beautiful valley with stunning walking trails through the vines was breathtaking. the hotel's location made it easy to visit nearby wineries to taste the local wine, which was delicious. the affordable rooms were clean and comfortable, ideal for long walks in the chilly weather. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant stay.
Poor hygiene in the bathroom let the hotel down as the accumulation of mould made it difficult for me to shower comfortably. the dusty furniture and a few cobwebs in the room made it less appealing.

Nestled between picturesque wineries lining the valley, this hotel may seem like the perfect respite. The gorgeous location coupled with amazing hiking trails nearby make for a great start. However, be warned, the rooms may not be up to scratch. Hygiene issues are common, and the beds are unsanitary, cobwebbed, and dusty. Though the staff is friendly and pleasant, it doesn't make up for the lack of upkeep in the rooms.
The breakfast options are disappointing.
